Fibre Fruit is fruit leather with added goodies to increase the dietary fibre content. They taste like the pure fruit leather with more texture and are a brilliant hunger-buster.
The soft layers offer you a new approach to slow releasing energy and digestive health. The extra fibre comes from psyllium husk, soy grit, flaxseed meal, and inulin.
Inulin is a very low calorie carbohydrate and soluble dietary fibre, which also feeds the good bugs that assist gut health.

Fibre Fruit is free from gluten, dairy, nuts, added sugar and yeast.
