About the fibre:

Psyllium seed husks are portions of the seeds of the plant Plantago ovata. They are indigestible in human beings and are often used as a source of dietary fibre. The inert bulk of the husks helps provide a constant volume of solid material irrespective of other aspects of the diet or any disease condition of the gut.

Flax seed (also known as Linseed) contain high levels of dietary fibre including lignans, an abundance of micronutrients and omega-3 fatty acids.

Inulin is a very low-calorie carbohydrate and soluble dietary fibre, found in thousands of plant roots and tubers. The one we use is extracted from chicory root. Inulin also improves digestive health as a prebiotic, which feeds the ‘good bugs’ in your digestive system.

Soy protein / grit are small pieces of soy added for extra nutrition and texture
